Happy February BlissFam. This month brings on lots of changes for Blissed Out (including the intent to write a minimum of 1 blog post per month hehe) We have began renovations in our warehouse and we are so excited to share whats on the horizon SOOOOOON. I absolutely heart this month because I love, love. It shows up in so many differenet forms for us and it truly is what makes this world go round. This Company was born out of the ever evolving love to take care of ourselves. SO grateful we get to curate the floral, pink and red, sexy, lover girl valentine collection for you all, year after year. February also marks Aquarius and Pisces season so lean into that idealistic, intuitive, generous, and creative energy.

NOW, here are some tips and tricks to Love Yourself First:

1. Morning Rituals:
Start your day with self-love by incorporating mindful morning rituals. Whether it's a calming meditation, breath work, a heartwarming cup of tea, or a few minutes of gratitude reflection, setting a positive tone early on can greatly impact your day.

*^note: I love a morning ritual, but lets be honest.... not every day is going to look the same, start small. Short n sweet. Whatever. But don't get thrown off if you're not able to complete it 365 days a year. Life is full of curve balls, do the best you can to hit these smaller goals. 

2. Nourish Your Body:
Treat yourself to a delicious and nutritious meal. Consider preparing a special breakfast or lunch filled with your fave wholesome foods. Ps- treat yourself once in a while, you actually do deserve it. Nourishing your body is an act of self-love. HAUL that stanley around ladies. 

3. Pamper Your Skin:
Indulge in a skincare routine that leaves you feeling refreshed and radiant. Treat yourself to a face mask, a soothing bath, or whatever skincare rituals make you feel pampered and cared for.

4. Enjoy a Hobby:
Dedicating time to your passions is a powerful form of self-care. If you're sitting here reading this, thinking 'damn I have no hobbies'.... We live in the age of technology. YOU CAN LEARN TO DO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING HONEY.


5. Unplug and Relax:
Take a break from technology and give yourself a digital detox. Spend some time in nature, meditate, or simply unwind without distractions. Disconnecting allows for mental rejuvenation.

*^note: Getting away from screens makes such a difference, going into a scroll hole never leaves you feeling great. Make sure to limit your time spent online, we have life to be lived.

This Valentine's Day, make a commitment to prioritize your own well-being and happiness. Embracing self-love is a continuous journey, and by incorporating these practices into your routine, you'll cultivate a stronger and more fulfilling relationship with yourself. Remember, you are deserving of love and care every day.
